- you do not hold ForeverSMS responsible for undelivered messages
- you do not hold ForeverSMS responsible for any damages
- on behalf of the recipient, ForeverSMS will not be held liable for the recipient's charges as a result of having received your messages
- to allow information to be logged as described in the privacy policy
- to allow ForeverSMS to provide records to authorities if requested
